Shipping

Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $50 shipping to the US. 

$5 Flat rate shipping on all US orders up to $50.

***All orders come with insured shipping. Should the post office lose your package, all you need to do is file a claim. ***

$12 Flat rate shipping on all Canadian orders with a minimum $30 order. 

$15 Flat rate shipping to Europe/UK with a minimum $30 order.

$18 Flat rate shipping to Australia/New Zealand with a minimum $40 order.

Processing Time

Standard processing time on all orders is 2-5 business days. Please allow additional time during  holidays and sales.  We do our best to get your labels to you as quickly as possible!

Returns and Order Changes

Order Changes/Add Ons

Unfortunately I have had to update and change this policy a little. I am a one mama working machine that works through orders on my own in the order of which they are received. I have had to discontinue order add ons or combinations as they get lost in the queue and I end up missing them and lose money shipping them a second time. Thank you so much for your understanding. I do try to run special discount codes and surprise deals to make up for this though! Make sure you are in our FB group and signed up for SMS so you don't miss out. <3

Return/Exchange Policy

We do our best to make sure our customers are happy with their products.  We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.   Labels must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. If you do not have an account with us, you will need to provide a proof of purchase. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the items to us.  To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.  Please note that custom orders are non-refundable.

** Occasionally the post office can lose mail as we all know. I do ship with insurance for this reason! All you need to do is file a claim with USPS should this unfortunate event occur.**.

SB Baggie Recycle Program

We love saving as much plastic from the waste as we can! If you love our labels and have a collection of our baggies, you can return them for credit!

How it works:

If you have 5+ baggies that are in good condition (make sure you would be ok receiving labels in them again), simply mail them to the address below.

On your next order, in order comments you can request 5 new labels of your choice for free, or ask for $5 to be refunded off your order!
